Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Robert is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Alice is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is an amazing painter.

History: Born in the south to a Carter, Roger learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Roger alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
