Description: 5'11" and muscular, this southern woman wears a black vest and prefers red and brown shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Herleva was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Herleva decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Hugolina was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugolina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
