History: Born to a Miller, her mother struggled to pay the bills. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her first spouse was a Crown-heir, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Cecily reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She now owns her own business.
