Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Rolf lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
