History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Raymond was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Soapmaker. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Herleva was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. She was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above herself and to hold her god always in her heart. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Animal Trainer for the past few years.
