Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
