Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Kody is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she usually wears her white robe and has her shield always slung over her shoulder. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Barber. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hadwisa embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A freak accident while working with her Glassblower mother left her crippled. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
