Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She became a Mayor soon after.
