Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull black iron scale mail. She keeps her long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. Her skin is flawless and her violet eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Joan was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Joan's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is typically in his Baker uniform. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Baker responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Her head has been shaved. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
