History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Vicky alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She wants revenge against brigands; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She got into the Sailor business at a young age. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has worked as a Sailor like her father before her.
