History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. After coming to the age of reason, Cecily took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Sailor, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
