Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Through the years after Conrad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Conrad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Adelaide's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His white hair is cut short. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born in the north. Hugh was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Body Guard. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and to share knowledge with the world
