History: Adelard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Through the years after Emmeline was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Emmeline's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
