Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a green coat over a violet low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are a pleasant amber.

Personality: William hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. William was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. William decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
