History: Dustin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born in a small island village. A freak accident while working with her Mercenary mother left her crippled. She struck the Mayor job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bricklayer for hire.

Motivation: She is content.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. Her hair is auburn and curly. Her violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and retire the richest woman in the east
