Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his youth he was a Doctor, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Beatrice hails from a village terrorized by drow. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Adventurer responsibilities is difficult; and she wants revenge against drow
