Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Eva embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Eva hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Eva was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Sage. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears a brown armored body suit, with a simple black line shooting up and back down. She wears a top hat to hide her balding. Her fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. The war was a terrible time for her, and Juliana does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Juliana was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Description: He very much looks the part of a Bookbinder. He is portly but not overly obese. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Bookbinder work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bookbinder work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Recently the stress of being a Bookbinder has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'8". He wears a worn and beaten armor. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Godfrey grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Godfrey. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
