After coming to the age of reason, Bernard took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He tends to his Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Simon lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he wants revenge against orcs

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has achieved small success as a Ploughman.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
