History: She was born in a small plains village. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Description: 5'6" and muscular, this western woman wears suspenders and black workpants. Her shirt is brown, and she wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. She wears her white hair down. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vicky grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vicky. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
