Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Kody was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. History: Matilda was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Carter. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Carter for the past few years.
