History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. She became a Shoemaker soon after.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When Joan reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and wishes to resurrect an old love
