History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Roland was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Shepherd. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Roland never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
