History: Cory was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Avelina wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To end her boredom.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His green eyes peer out from beneath his small black hat.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Cory was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barrister. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
