Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. Joan is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Joan was born the youngest of three triplets. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Shoemaker and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
