Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of a Tanner, who enjoyed hunting, Avelina was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Avelina took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up trident and armor she uses now. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and to prove her worth to the world

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Susannah's homeland. Susannah decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
