History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. Cecily was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Weaver. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it.
