History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugolina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and revenge

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and regain custody of her son
