Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A true patriot, Rohesia would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
