Description: She wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times, and she perpetually has her whip ready. Her moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Joan is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Joan was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.

Personality: Kody wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

Description: 5'10" and muscular, this northern man dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born in the north to a Servant, Manfred learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Manfred was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Manfred's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He struck the Servant job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a layabout again
