Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears an entirely blue suit with tan socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His hair is blonde and curly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hugh was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
