History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A gifted student he started as a Fletcher, but he got bored and became a Cartwright. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in the east to a Seamstress, Randal learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now owns his own business.
