Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: He stands about 5'7" and wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His blonde hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are brown.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Peter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, she wears suspenders and pastel workpants. Her shirt is brown, and she wears a heavy pastel leather apron most of the time. She wears her chestnut hair up. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Aline was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His brown hair is knotted and matted. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Interpreter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Gifted from a young age, Thomas studied abroad. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Thomas was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants revenge against goblins
