Personality: Richard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Richard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: She was born into a rich family. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Bookbinder, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Agnes's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Agnes is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered singing. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
