Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a whip on his belt. He wears his blonde hair up. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.
History: The child of a Beggar, who enjoyed hunting, Gunter was taken on many hunting expeditions. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she is wearing a tight grey one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. Her moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: She was born in the north. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying north to reunite her family. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a jeweler again

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears a yellow coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon his head. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Born to a Navigator, his father struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears a brown costume with the symbols of magic on her torso. She has chestnut hair. Her brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When Ahlyssa reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
