Personality: Joan hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
