His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gerard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerard grew up listening to his father's many stories. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Peter was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.
