He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Justin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He tends to his Weaver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
