Carter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Apothecary they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Cook, and she later adopted a second daughter.
