History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She struck the Guard job and began her own company from there.

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. Avelina is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
