History: Kyle was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Norman was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 6'1" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her hair is long and red with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small grey clips. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
