History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Helen took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up whip and armor she uses now. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Barkeep they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Blacksmith, and she later adopted a second son.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is greedy
