Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Gardener born in the past three hundred years. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alice grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Alice. She became a Gardener soon after.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. A gifted student he started as a Doctor, but he got bored and became a Carpenter. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and further expansion of business

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears a black costume with the symbols of death on his torso. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. He has green eyes and a black hat with a tan feather.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. Her brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and human compassion
