Description: This light-skinned male wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is long and white with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His white hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His first spouse was a Courier, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. After a long history of fighting, Tim and his spouse have recently divorced.
