History: Beatrice lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Beatrice grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: Conrad lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. After coming to the age of reason, Conrad took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
