History: Agnes was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. At a young age her mother died while driving off some drow. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in hand crossbow use. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Justin hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Justin abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by his family; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
