Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Jacoba was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
