Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.
History: He was born in a small island village. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This man wears a tan costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ernest was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: This man prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has a very tight haircut. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Dustin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Dustin reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His black hair is cut short. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Sage. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.
History: Born in the east to a Sage, Manfred learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Sage job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sage responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
