History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Millicent fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

When her mother died while fighting drow, the young Agatha began to lead the lost caravan. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and many drow want her driven away

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
