History: Lance lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Lance was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Matilda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His childhood dream was to be a Cook, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Cook. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shoemaker responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Hadwisa was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her first spouse was a Locksmith, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She bought a dagger and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
