History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

History: Eleanor was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.
